I purchased a swingset from a US seller (usfitwear.com). I paid with PayPal. Never received order confirmation or shipping info. I emailed seller & was given a bogus tracking #. I opened a dispute with PayPal & they sided with seller just because they listed a tracking #. I have been communicating with PayPal for 3 weeks over this. Finally, I was told I needed proof from UPS that the item was not delivered to my address. On Saturday, PayPal shut down my account for "violating their policies". I cannot access the dispute (which they closed) or the conversations I have had with customer service. On Sunday, I finally received an email from UPS stating the item was NOT delivered to my address. Now, I have no access to send this info and the money in my PayPal account is being held for 6 months. PayPal is a joke anymore!
