Hi everyone,
I need help regarding an ongoing dispute. A man purchased a genuine palace jacket from me, after being shown proof and is now insisting it is replica and he wants a refund. Paypal have said that the buyer is to return it and I have to refund the money, however it has been 5 weeks since the sale (over a month), which I have also stated I don't take returns especially a month after. Just wondering what I could do to stop the return and so that I don't have to refund the money as this would put me out of pocket.
Thanks.

Sadly when you agreed to accept paypal as a payment processor then you agreed to their terms and conditions which means if you lose a dispute you do have to accept a return and refund whatever you say on your sales site.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
