I recently received a pair of trainers from depep that were in a really bad state that were not mentioned in the listing. I opened a claim as felt they were wrongly advertised, but forgot to mention that they are also the wrong size.. they were advertised as UK 9.5 but they are actually UK 10.
The claim i opened was rejected so i am now unable to open one on the grounds of them being the wrong size as well so i can not claim my money back for being sent the wrong item. How can i rectify this?
Thanks in advance

1.
If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then see if your card issuer will chargeback for you?
2.
Small claims court?
