Thanks for reaching us and it's a good thing that you managed to notify us about your issue. I understand that paying for return shipping is not ideal and when it comes down to it, PayPal only has control over the money used for the transaction. This means we are unable to force the seller to refund an amount greater than he or she received. However, in order to be eligible for that refund a buyer must return the item back to the seller now I know it’s not your fault, but please understand that our protection policy is based largely off of most retailers. But don't worry tho, for PayPal has come up with Return Shipping on Us to somewhat help our customer for a certain amount.
