I opened dispute. Long story short they will refund me (advertised 48 double quilted Northern toilet paper rolls, sent me 16 generic industrial toilet paper) if I send the toilet paper back. Problem is they shipped from Texas. But they want me to send the toilet paper back to China. The full amount was $60. It will probably cost that much to send it back to China. What can I do? I was willing to keep the tp and asked for 30$ back which is still in their favor. What can I do???? Or is that it? Doesn’t PayPal see that it’s a scam?
