Case Closed - Refusal

I purchased some items from Dreamy Lives via a facebook advert in early  04 October 2020, the item wasn't delivered.

I contacted Dreamy lives and had no reply on several occasions.

04 December 2020 i submitted a dispute (i believe, which was later changed to a claim?)

04 of Dec 2020 to 09 Jan 21 PayPal attempted to contact the seller with no reply until 11 Jan 21

19 Jan 21 i receive an email from PayPal stating evidence provided by Dreamy lives that the seller provided valid proof of delivery, none of which was presented to me.

 

There are not fields / buttons on the refused claim page to escalate the decision, its not been 10 days since decision

 

I contacted Australia Post on several occasions and they have no information on the tracking

I checked the tracking number online after receiving the email this morning - AU Posts States no tracking history.

 

I would like to know how i can resolve this.

 

A search on the internet for Dreamy Lives show numerous cases of scams

Hi,

 

Not showing delivery in AU here either:

Hit HELP link at the top menu, then Contact Us at the bottom. Select the topic/sub-topics that closely resembles the issue, then after the info box choose a contact option. Request a review of your case and let them know there was no delivery on the tracking.
