Do I have a limited time to ask for a refund if the seller did not send my item?

Hello @Anna260,
Welcome to the PayPal Community and great question! While you are free to ask the seller for a refund at any time, PayPal's Buyer Protection is comparable to most banks and card issuers that limit disputes to 180 days of purchase. For information on filing a dispute, please visit our website here: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/first-dispute
I hope this helps and thank you!
Michelle
