Hello @Anna260,   Welcome to the PayPal Community and great question! While you are free to ask the seller for a refund at any time, PayPal's Buyer Protection is comparable to most banks and card issuers that limit disputes to 180 days of purchase. Hello @Christopher106,   I'm truly sorry to hear that this occurred and that you've experienced difficulty contacting support. The best option to contact us is using the "Help & Contact" link at the bottom of this page. Hi @pinkangel92,   When conducting business where sales are involved, the buyer only sees your name and email address. If you have a registered business and have a business PayPal account, the buyer would see the business name instead of your name. Hi @LList,   Does your email provider allow you to use hyperlinks? If so, you can save the button image file, paste it into the email, and then use the URL as a hyperlink redirect for the image file. Hi @KerryM1,   Unfortunately a name on a personal PayPal account cannot be changed from one person to another; only in situations where a minor change like a letter out of place or in situations of a legal name change. The only resolution would be to close the PayPal account and create a new one in your own legal name.
