A dispute

Hello.

So i have a dispute open with a guy who scammed me with an account for game for 10 USD.

The dude is not willing to give me the account until i close the dispute, and is not willing to refund.

What can i do, do i just need to wait several days until Paypal does something or do i need to contact support.

If you close a dispute then the seller can ignore you, escalate to a claim for paypal to review.
