how to get back a refund sent by mistake?

i was in a dispute. the buyer lied big time. i was responding to the dispute. without carefully looking, i hit the "refund" button instead of the "send" button.  

how can i reverse this? i phoned PP, they say only if "cancel" shows up in the "activity" section. 

no matter what i do, i hit a wall.

any advise?

PP should install a better way to control such things. such as a double check option.
