pending payment

i have several pending payments.  one of which i have had the person collect the item but they haven't bothered to inform ebay so i cant access the funds, please help

Payments held under the 21 day hold policy are released after 21 days if the buyer doesnt open a dispute in that time. If you can demonstrate delivery, or if you receive positive feedback for an ebay sale, the payments can be released earlier. Where you dont have feedback, or online proof of delivery, then I'm real sorry but you'll have to wait for the full 21 days to pass

You could try sending your buyers a polite feedback request, explaining the reason for sending it. However,  some buyers dislike feedback reminders so much that they get angry and leave bad feedback. Its unfortunate, but the best solution is to sit it out

i have been waiting 22 days for a pending payment to clear

there is no dispute and it still has been put on hold the lady refuses to leave feedback until i do first but i wont be doing that its against my policy.

Hi there riam33,

 Payments on hold should be released after 21 days have elapsed. As 22 have passed for you I would contact Customer Services as they should be able to release your payment for you.

Hi there johntravolta13,

When you receive positive feedback from a buyer and the payment is currently being held, the funds should be credited to your PayPal balance between 24 and 72 hours or so. If the money has still not been released after 72 hours, you should contact us directly by clicking the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of any PayPal webpage and we can release the funds to your account for you.

my payment from an ebayer is still pending and has been pending for quite a while now, i was wondering because the buyer is from greece not the uk would it take longer to receive the payment... PLEASE HELP!

if i dont recieve it soon could they have cancelled the payment?

Hi there Kerryx,

If your payment has been placed on hold, you should see this on your transaction details page. Is there any open cases or anything on your 'Resolution Centre'? Have you tried to contact PayPal directly in order to determine exactly why your payment is being held and also how to have it released?
