Sign in to your paypal account, locate the original payment you sent, click to view details. If the seller refunded you there'll be an associated transaction there showing you where the bucks went. If they didnt refund you paypal would only have closed the dispute if it timed out without you escalating it. ... View more

Its not clear if you've set up a subscription payment, or if you've actually given these dudes your paypal log in info, so to cover both bases do this Go to the History subtab of the My Account tab, choose the Subscriptions field from the Show drop-down menu, and click the Submit button. Click on the link in the Status column to view the Subscription Details, and click the Cancel button on the Subscription Details page. Once you've done that, change your password so any pre-filled info they have wont work. Do that by signing in to paypal, clicking the profile tab, then account information, then password        ... Sign in to paypal, click contact us, click through until you get the phone number. There's no way a buyer should be able to win an inr dispute when the seller can supply online proof of delivery to the address on the paypal payment page, especially where the tracking also shows a signature (as special d does). You cant re-open a dispute. If you opened an inr dispute and paypal rejected it, they'd only have done so for one of two reasons. Either the seller proved delivery, (not possible here obviously), or the item you bought wasnt eligible for buyer protection. What was it ?   Either way, you've no further route with paypal, you'll have to try other avenues to get your money back. The most obvious of those is asking your card issuer (if you funded your payment that way) to dispute the original payment. ... View more

If you funded your payment with a card that bears the visa logo, or a credit card of any type, contact your card issuer and ask them to dispute the payment. The industry term for such complaints is chargeback. Paypal have no way of knowing what tracking number relates to what item, its the seller who gamed you, nobody else ... View more

Paypal require third party independent proof an item is fake. If you dont supply it, (and no, ebay dont count), you lose the dispute. Real sorry you lost your bucks, but reporting paypal to trading standards for doing exactly what their user agreement says ? Let us know how that works out for you ... View more
