Hi

Can anyone help me. I ordered goods from a UK online store called Techstore. They are awful check out the reviews (I wish I had). Ordered goods, paid by Paypal. Goods never came. Called many times, no communication from vendor at anytime. I was advised goods were out of stock and would not be back in stock. Was suspicious that I was never going to receive refund.

Opened dispute with Paypal. Reason non delivery of goods.

Once opened Techstore said they had dispatched goods. By this time I had sourced a replacement supplier.

I called Techstore arranged for return of goods and got an email after many days saying refund within 24 hours that was 30 days ago.

Dispute was closed after escalation as Paypal said my original reason was not true.

I cannot get the vendor to act, the goods are with them and the Paypal site is no help whatsoever to get the dispute re-opened.

HELP!!

You cant re-open a dispute. If you opened an inr dispute and paypal rejected it, they'd only have done so for one of two reasons. Either the seller proved delivery, (not possible here obviously), or the item you bought wasnt eligible for buyer protection. What was it ?

Either way, you've no further route with paypal, you'll have to try other avenues to get your money back. The most obvious of those is asking your card issuer (if you funded your payment that way) to dispute the original payment. Smiley Happy

Hi there jimmysmith,

If you have purchased an item and not received anything from your seller, you should consider opening a dispute on the transaction through your PayPal account. This can be done by going to the Resolution Centre on your account and then by clicking the Dispute a Transaction icon.

By opening a dispute through your account, we would then request information from your seller in regards to the item that they have sold to you. If we can see that you are not going to receive any item from your seller, we would then find the case in your favour and process a full refund back to your account.

I hope this helps,

David.
