PP found a dispute in my favour despite a litany of lies by the seller and refunded me in full. The seller has now appealled PP's decision to refund me and the status in the Resolution Centre changed from closed to awaiting seller's response. This has now gone to 'under review by PP.' It appears PP have got some more information from the seller yet I do not appear to be afforded the option of seeing and contesting potentially more lies the seller has submitted. Why does the seller get another bite at the cherry yet Im not allowed to see what more lies they have submitted and refuting these?
