Please Help me!!! Fraud question, someone in another country taking money from my account

I received three emails in French from paypal tonight.  I went to log into my account and could not loggin with my password.  I changed it and went to my account it was changed to French.  On the pending transactions side, there was three pending +$300 charges.  I cannot dispute them, it is supposedly going from my bank to my paypal account.  It is not a payment so paypal wont let me dispute it.  Please help.  After this I think I am all done with paypal.  I feel like my life is ruined.

Contact your bank and get the payments stopped and get then cancel the direct debit mandate between your bank and paypal.

Then phone customer services to let them know and see what advice they give you.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".

In the UK its free from any landline phone.
