eBay sold item disputed through PayPal

My customer decided they no longer wanted an item and disputed through PayPal. PayPal refunded the customer in full, but now I cant cancel on eBay (it would send a second refund!) suggestions? Due to PayPal refunding I’m out the seller fees.
