A buyer on ebay opened a dispute due to not recieving the goods in the specified time. However she has now recived them and closed the dispute, Paypal has had the money on hold for about 3 weeks and now it says pending. Obviously I beleive that that this should have gone straight into my paypal balance, so why hasn't it?
