Unable to enter tracking information on disputed purchase

I "won" my dispute however, the system will not allow me to enter a response to show UPS tracking information. The system also indicates the amount borrowed on paypal credit is still outstanding? I placed a phone call to their phone service two days ago and the problem still appears? Their CS rep on the phone indicated I would receive an email ackowledgement and assured me the problem was "resolved" however, I did not receive an email and the system shows no change to my account. I sent emails to PayPals response department and their canned response did nothing to resolve my concern. Any help would be appreciated.
