Where is the Message Centre?

I've been sent an email by PayPal telling me to look in the Message Centre for a message from them. But there's no sign of the links I'm told to look for. This is what I was told to do:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Under 'More about your account', click Message Centre.
3. Click on the message you wish to view.

Trouble is, there's no link called 'More about your account'.  I've rung customer help and they can't tell me where to look.  I'm logging in to the business account.

Anyone know where it might be?

If you are still trying to find the "Message Center". Please follow the procedure below, 

1. Log into your account.

2. Scroll down the web page a little bit, on the left side of the page just after the "Selling with Paypal" section you will find the section "More actions". Below is the view of the section, 

More actions

• View your messages
• Go to Resolution Center
• View limits

3. Click on "View your messages" to enter the Message Center. 

Note : Make sure you are not in "Classic Site" view.

This is very strange. I couldn't find it at first either. Because I'm using a netbook I thought maybe I needed to change to full screen which I did.  That didn't help and when I came out of the full screen view, lo and behold, a new column including More About Your Account appeared. I pressed F11 to go into full screen and to come back out. Maybe it's something to do with the screen size. You could also try Ctrl + and Ctrl - to change the appearance and see if anything happens!

I have now spent the whole weekend on and off trying to find the elusive " message centre " I must have replied to about 8 emails from PayPal telling me different options to get into it and NONE off them work I have also had three conversations on the phone Seems like someone's already said there is NO LINK I did suggest their web designers have not remembered so many now use mobile internet access I don't have a PC Perhaps PayPal can read all the complaints on hear and get thief head out of the sand and sort it out By the way I found the forum message centre lol

where on earth can I find the "more about ...." button?

I can't find it anywhere.

It's really annoying me.

My messages came up on the left hand side - but why would anyone log into their messages without being emailed to do so?  I find this way of communicating ridiulous in this day and age.  I had messages in there, but no idea they had been sent!  Needs a rethink.....

I had the same problem. Think I found it. Go into 'Help' then it's in a large box on the right.

Hi everyone,

I am sorry to hear that some of you have been having some trouble locating your message centre. The message centre is located at the bottom of your main screen when you log in. When you log in you should see at the top of the screen your PayPal balance and at the very bottom of this screen you should see a section that says more about your account. Here you should see "view your messages". If you click here you will be able to view your mesasge centre.

Any questions on this or if you are still unable to locate it please let me know.

Hi Paula,

Sorry, but no, that's not what's on my main screen.  Under the balance there are 3 links - Withdraw money, Add money and Balances. Below that there's a panel with Tools (where you might expect to find the Message Centre, but it's not there).  And under that there's a panel called Customers.

If you have a way of receiving a screen grab I can send you one.
