Hi @Benzo24 ,    I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues. If you have auto withdrawal enabled you should be receiving your funds as normal. Have you checked with your bank? As you mention your name is the other way around at your bank they may have flagged it for review. Hi @dukemof ,    Welcome to the PayPal community.    It seems a bit strange that your buyer would open a case for a commission that they still want. If you haven't started working on the commission you may want to consider just refunding your buyer. I generally advise sellers the following "if in doubt, don't ship out".    However I would try to give your buyer the benefit of doubt and give them one last chance to close the case as it may be just a mis-understanding.    I hope this helps,  Paula  ... Hi @Alami8 and welcome,    I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. This is a security measure that we have in place to protect your account. I do understand that it can get a bit frustrating when it happens each time. When you are logging in be sure that the internet you are using is secure. If you are using an open wifi this can increase the risk and will ask you to authenticate. I would contact the merchant again and ask them to reach out to us directly so we can review things from their side. Hi @Dulcedddd ,    Welcome to the PayPal community. We are always happy to have new members.    It sounds like you might have opened your account using an incorrect name or you were under the age of 18 when you signed up. If this is the case then it would mean that you incorrectly signed our user agreement and it is not valid. When this happens on an account the account will be permanently limited. You would not be given the option to change it to someone elses name. If there are funds in this account then they would generally be held for 180 days unless otherwise stated.    If you are over the age of 18 and there was no other issues on your account then you will be given the option to open a new account however you would need to use a different email address as your other email address will remain on the limited account.    I hope this helps answer some of your questions,  Paula  ... Hi @ZJanos and welcome,    If you made a withdrawal over a month ago and have not yet received it please contact your bank to request that they initiate a trace on the funds. Sometimes funds can get stuck and need to be moved manually. If you used a card, then your refund will be sent back to your card. Have you checked with your card issuer to see if they may have received your refund and have not yet added to your card account? Most refunds are received within 30 days so you should have received it by now. We are always happy to have new members.    Generally, if there are any issues with a payment or you are waiting for funds to be returned to your account we will advise you that it can take 30 days and not 60 days but it could have been the person you spoke to was being over cautious. Have you tried contacting us via chat? I would recommend to try contacting us directly. If you log on to your account and click on the help section you will be given the option to contact us directly. Hi @Simon-cs ,    Thank you for your interesting question.    If you have been asked to confirm the ownership of the account you are using then I would recommend to upload a copy of the statement along with a letter from your Mother confirming she has allowed you to use it and a copy of her photo ID. I am sure you probably have already done this but just in case you havent please change your email account password. Always keep your password for email account completely separate from any other account as we do store a lot of information on there without realizing it.    As it seems someone has set up a separate account I would continue to contact the merchant and make sure to highlight to them that this is unauthorised. Hi @ Temp20230303x  and welcome,    In order for a card to be successfully confirmed the details registered for the card on your PayPal account must match exactly what is registered on your card account. I would check to ensure that your name and address matches exactly the same, in some cases they need to be word for word. Also, you will need a small balance on your card for the verification process so ensure there is a small balance on there.
