Hi @had1 and welcome,    It can take a few days for your identity to be confirmed however this timeframe would depend on what you were asked to complete to verify your identity. You mention that you were asked for a change of number, is this a phone number? Hi @serena25,    To make these changes you would need to log in to the desktop version. You can do this using a laptop or desktop or by logging in using the browser on your phone. Hi @Artik123,    Welcome to the PayPal community.    It sounds like you might of used your PayPal balance to fund some of the payment. If you have received a refund and used some of the funds from your balance and funded the rest from your card, the portion you used from your balance will go back to your balance and the rest will go to your card. For example, if you made a payment of $100 dollars and had $43 dollars in your PayPal balance. We will take the $43 dollars from your balance and request the rest from your card, $57 dollars. If you receive a refund, the $43 dollars goes back to your balance and the $57 dollars goes back to your card. It can take a few days to show back up on your card.    I hope this helps,  Paula  ... Hi @Streamar and welcome,    Generally, the only way your account can be debited is if you initiate at payment. Have you checked to ensure that you only sent one payment? If you used your bank account it can take a few days to show on your statement that its been debited so I would check this and then check a few days later on your statement to see if you are seeing any refund come back in. If you are still seeing 2 debits instead of one and one being refunded then I would recommend that you contact us via the "help and contact" link on your PayPal account so we can review it further for you.    Thanks  Paula  ... Hi @Wonderingak and welcome,    Generally a sandbox account is used for test payments only. It is used mostly by developers as it allows them to test that things are working correctly before they go live with them. Here is some additional information on sandbox accounts and how they work. If someone has sent you a screenshot of a payment and you can see that it has been done through a sandbox account then it would not be an official payment. Hi @Ichhya,    I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues with this. I would recommend that you first update your address. Once you have updated the address make it your primary/home address. When you have done this, you should then try to add the card. You should have the option then to add the new card with the new address. Be sure to add the address exactly as it shows on the card account. Also, I would recommend applying for your own card as this will save you issues in the future.    Thanks  Paula  ... View more
