Hi @Ggillard,    I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to remove your old phone numbers. Generally, once you are logged in to the desktop version you will be given the option to remove information such as old phone numbers and cards. Have you checked that there are no open issues on your account that would be preventing you from removing information? If there are no open issues on your account and you are still not getting the option to remove details, then please contact us directly so we can help you. Hi @redant1,    I am sorry to hear that this has been happening to you as I am sure receiving these messages has made you worry. Have you logged in to your PayPal account to see if anything is showing there? I would recommend to check to be sure. It could also be a subscription payment that might have been linked to your card and that is what the notification was about. I would also recommend to checking this. Hi @shroommate and welcome,    I do regret to hear that such a decision has been made on your account. When we make the decision to permanently limit an account it is not based on just one thing. A full review of the account is made and lots of things are taken into consideration before making a decision. Generally, once a decision like this is made it is a final decision as we do not make these decisions lightly. However, if you feel a wrong decision has been made you do have the option to appeal. You can do this by contacting us directly and stating why you wish to appeal. Hi @ConfusedSam and welcome,    When you are making a payment using PayPal you will be shown what funding source will be used before confirming the payment. If you have tried to use Pay in 4 and this option isn't available, it will then choose another funding source that is available. This funding source such as a card or bank account will be shown to you before you confirm the payment. Please click here and scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the email address and details on how to report a website. Once reported our team will investigate. You can also report an account if you have the email address. Generally, we can link accounts in the background if they are using similar details and if they have been limited on one account, we can limit any further accounts. Hi @Chris15043 and welcome,    I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues paying using PayPal. There is a number of reasons why it may not be giving you the option to pay with your PayPal account. I would check on your Resolution centre on your PayPal account to ensure that there are no open issues there that might be stopping any payments going through. It could also be the card that you are trying to use that is attached to your PayPal account. I would check to ensure that these details are up to date. It could also be our internal security system stopping the payment which can happen sometimes. Our internal security systems reviews all payments and at times can block a perfectly good transaction. Hi @Curious10,    This is a good question. It would really depend on the country your PayPal account is registered in however most accounts do need a bank account added. In some countries you can use your bank account to fund payments and in most countries you would need a bank account added to withdraw funds. If you log on to your account and go to the help section you will be able to see there if you would need to add a bank account or what you can do on your account for your country.    Thanks for your post,  Paula  ...
