If you are still trying to find the "Message Center". Please follow the procedure below, 1. Log into your account. 2. Scroll down the web page a little bit, on the left side of the page just after the "Selling with Paypal" section you will find the section "More actions". Below is the view of the section, More actions View your messages Go to Resolution Center View limits 3. Click on "View your messages" to enter the Message Center. Note : Make sure you are not in "Classic Site" view. I hope this will help you.
