I opened a paypal account 3 months ago, but at the time didn't add any bank or card details, therefore my account was limited. Just recently, I tried added a card, but it kept saying something went wrong, try again later. It still says theres a problem with my account. When I look at the resolution centre, it says, "You can't use PayPal anymore. At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We've noticed activity on your account that's not in line with our User Agreement, so we can no longer offer you PayPal services".
Did they close my account because its been 3 months and I havent added any bank details to my account? If so, could I permanently close the account, open a new one then immediately add my bank details? Or, am I banned all together and can't use Paypall? Thanks
