I have tried to report this to Pay pal, but seem to end up in a loop of being referred back to the help centre. The text is as follows: PayPal: You sent a payment for 150.04 GBP to WebAct. If you didn't authenticate this transaction click here to cancel (the link goes to a bit dot ly site) Now this is for no payment I have made and after checking my account I saw this was the case. The site it takes you to is very convincing, its only when you look at the url that you see it's dodgy. How do i get it reported?
