It says tracking may be invalid now, but who knows if it will still say that in a couple of days. If it still says invalid on PayPal after a couple days because the system does have delays in confirming delivery or you can't enter it, call PayPal up and speak with a rep and have them add it/track it.
How did you send out your packages? Priority Mail? First Class package? Media Mail, Parcel Post? What's the expected delivery date showing on the tracking? If USPS tracking says that the packages are accepted, it should list an expected delivery date. You use those dates + 3 or 4 days as a deadline to call PayPal about it or check back with your account for any updates.

What is the status of the tracking as displayed on the USPS.com website?
Did you add the tracking number to the PayPal transction when you shipped the item? Did you use a PayPal shipping label?

I always at the USPS tracking numbr to the PayPal transaction when I ship something. That's the first place PayPal will look for an update.
I'm confused about exactly where you are trying to add tracking numbers.
