Providing a tracking number

There is no option to provide PayPal a tracking number which was requested by the buyer of a ring I sold.

The funds are being held until I provide a tracking number. The item was delivered today however, funds are not being released to me.

Please advise.

Silly question but the funds are actually SHOWING in your paypal account balance are they? But in the pending section?
