Paypal says my valid tracking number is invalid

I've tried entering the tracking number both ways, with and without spaces, to two of my orders so I can get the funds released but paypal keeps saying the tracking number is invalid even though it's a legit number. I don't want to get boned on this so what can I do?

Since I can't post images, just copied the text from the transaction. "Payment type: Instant Tracking Number: 9500 --- ---- ---- ---- 80 (Status: Invalid) Help Carrier: USPS Order Status: Shipped (Feb 27, 2017)" where it says "invalid" is the issue. (I blocked out parts in the tracking number btw)

Either way, got the help I needed from the other person because now the conversation isn't going anywhere at this point. Thanks for trying to help.

They are holding my payment with false claim that the tracking number is invalid and that the address is different from the buyers address! Tracking number shows up just fine with delivery confirmation to the correct location. Paypal lying to hold money longer.
