We are unable to validate your information – Error

Hello.

Lately some of my costumers have been experiencing issues while trying to realize a transaction in my website, since after entering their account and password info (inside PayPal) for confirming the purchase they get the next error message:

Now, I’ve noticed that this happens with costumers located in Europe or Africa; my merchant account it’s based on Latin America. And in fact costumers located in USA and Latin American have no issues whatsoever.

Only some of my costumers located in Europe or Africa seem to be facing this problem. Also worth mentioning that this is very recent, since from last Sunday everything was working just fine, having transactions from different countries across Europe, Asia etc.

Actually last month most of my transactions came from costumers located in those regions.

I’ve already called to my local office and they have told me that everything is ok with the account, as they are no limitations or restrictions.

Finally, I’m using PayPal standard in my shopping cart solution, and as I mentioned, everything was working just fine up until this last Sunday.

I hope somebody can help me to clarify this issue.
