Confirm payment without having a Paypal account

Hi,

I've paid for a tour in Spain (I'm in the US) and now I need to confirm the payment or the funds won't be released to the tour provider. I didn't login to my Paypal account to make the payment - I just paid with a credit card on the non-user screen. However, now I'm unable to confirm the payment as the transaction ID does not link back to my account. The email from Paypal is below. What do I do to confirm this payment?

It looks like this has something to do with a virtual transactin for which there is no confirmation of delivery; I see this as a problem for the buyer--and high risk.

The confirmation requested is not confirmation of receipt; it is confirmation that you received everthing for which you paid--you did NOT.

It looks like you paid into a PayPal account rather than paid to a credit card processor.

I would be very careful able confirming receipt as you will not receive the services until you arrive.  If you confirm delivery of services now it means you technically received what your paid for, which you didn't yet.

Personally, I would not pay for a tour service through PayPal.
