Pending Bank Transfer Time of Release?

I was just wondering , I have a pending balance (transfer from my bank) It is supposed to be in today. What time of day does PayPal release the funds from the pending into your account?

Depends time of day you sent the payment from your bank account and how long it took to process through to paypal.

My bank transfer to Ebay says it's still pending in Ebay and was supposed to be released today Wed.... according to Ebay  What's the holdup?

This was a transfer of funds to my pay pal acct.
