I think I put the wrong DOB when signing up for PayPal?

How would I go about changing this? I just applied for the debit card, and got accepted, but as soon as I did I got an email and notification in PayPal saying "We weren't able to confirm your identity using the information on your card application. Please provide additional information about yourself so we can use it in verifying your identity. You will have full access to your PayPal account during the next 15 days, but if we are unable to confirm your identity in that time, we will limit access to your account."

When I go to the resolution center to change info and see what information I need to provide, I see nothing. Do keep in mind that my PayPal is 100% verified. I have a bank account, card, my SSN etc on it, and it's been fine for at least a year.

How would I change my DOB?

This is a very serious issue and you have 15 days to get it resolved.  This means you need to do whatever ti takes to contact PayPal customer service for halp.  Suggestion:  phone PayPal customer service.

You would not find it in resolution center.

You need to call Paypal customer service and ask them to pull up your debit card application and change your DOB?

and ask what else is needed?
