Its possible that these charges are part of a subscription with eBay. To avoid the future scheduled payments, please cancel the subscription associated with eBay in your PayPal account. As per the error message, it is possible that your account is limited. Account Limitations prevent you from completing certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. Usually, we ask you to complete some steps to remove the limitations in your account. Please go the resolution center and follow the steps to resolve the limitations placed in your account. If you have a verified PayPal account, there will be no limits to initiate the payments. You can verify your account by adding and confirming your bank account or card. Account Limitations prevent you from completing certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. Hello @Lanastarr    Thank you for posting your question in the PayPal Help Community!   I understand your concern about the pending authorization towards a payment in your account. When you attempt to make a payment, the amount can be temporarily charged to your bank/card. This is an temporary authorization charge. The authorization charge will remain pending until the merchant accepts/processed your order. As the merchant confirmed about no record of the order, any payment debited will be reversed to your funding source in few days. I would suggest you to try the below troubleshooting steps and check again if you're allowed to log in:   • Try to clear your cache and cookies or use a different web browser to log in. If you're trying from the app, please try to re-install it. • Try login in from a web browser instead of the app to check if you'll be allowed to access it. • Avoid using public networks when accessing the account for security concerns. • Avoid using VPN or proxy servers. • Log into your PayPal from one consistent device • Allow 48 hours and try again.   If the issue persists after trying all these, please get in touch with our support team to look into this further.
