I’m trying to get my statements to prove I don’t use my pay pal and when download them it’s coming up in code sequences. On my front page it says no transactions available as I have never used it. How can I get my bank statements if I have never used it. Please could somebody help me. Iv downloaded 4 months worth and it’s coming up with code sequences.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to download the activity of your account. As the activity shows up in code sequences, I would suggest you to contact our Support Team to trouble shoot this further.
