In Significantly Not as Described Claims, PayPal may require you to ship the item back to the seller at your expense and to provide proof of delivery to process the refund. Without return shipping confirmation, PayPal may not be able to issue the refund. Once you escalate the claim, PayPal review the information submitted by both parties and will update you with the return shipping address to return the item back to the seller. If you've not received any update about the return shipping address, please contact the support team to get the details. If you used your card to make the payment, you have the option to dispute the transaction with your card issuer. You must choose whether to pursue a dispute with PayPal or with your card issuer. As you have already disputed the charge with PayPal, I would suggest you to wait for the outcome. Please refer to the PayPal purchase protection policy for more information on dispute process. If the dispute is about receipt of a Significantly Not as Described item, we will generally require the buyer to return the item to the seller at the buyer's expense and then provide Proof of Delivery to initiate the refund process. Hello @Kama8 Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for posting here! I see you're looking to transfer your funds from your PayPal account to your bank account. The PayPal Sandbox account is an environment for testing only and the money in sandbox accounts is not real, and cannot be withdrawn to a real bank or card. If some one initiated a payment to your PayPal account, you will always be notified the details of the payment via email and the money will be available in your PayPal balance. I have been dealing with this problem for the last couple of years. PayPal repeatedly re-enables auto login after I go in and disable it. I do so because it is an invitation for bad actors to access my PayPal account illegally. I’m surprised they are encouraging theft against my wishes after I cautiously choose to disable auto login. I’ve seriously thought of dropping PayPal for this issue, but keep thinking they will wake up and realize their mistake. Shocked to hear so many others have the same problem!

Obvious scam. They were asking for payment in mexican pesos. They left a note to call a number, claiming it was paypal. These guys are literal parasites.
