Export of invoices not working

PayPal is really pulling on our nerves for a week now. We are unable to run an export (download) our invoices from the platform, as it always quits after some time with "Something went wrong".    After getting behind their terrible chatbot and waiting for the right timeslot (this alone is a joke for company this big) we finally got a reply from a "Jacqueline" explaining they are not responsible and we have to create a ticket in the MTS Center. Response from MTS Team was "we are not responsible, you have to contact PayPal support". How do we avoid having invoices canceled by custom...

Hello PayPal-Community,   we just got aware of a VERY strange update Paypal introduced to invoicing recently. Apparantly customers can now cancel invoices on their side. We use paypal invoicing to automate our services and send out invoices to over 1000 dealers worldwide. It's purely B2B invoicing and no dealer will receive an invoice from us, if he hasn't used our service.    With this new "feature" some dealers from time to time now just press "Cancel" on their invoice. (for whatever reason) If that is a mistake or intentional, does not really matter...the end-result is, we have to re-open another invoice to charge this dealer.    Not sure what PayPal is upto with that. We are a legit merchant for years and with quite a billing sum each month and now the other side just has it at their disposal wether to accept an invoice or not.    The least I would expect from PayPal is to disable this feature for well-known merchants. Actually such things are just an insult. A customer can always opt to not pay an invoice for whatever reason, but letting them cancel invoices straightaway just creates more work and headache.  ... Increase Auto-Logout Time

Is there any way to increase this? We're using paypal commercially and it even logs us out while taking the time to answer paypal claims. The timeframe is so short you constantly have to remember to click anything. It's close to impossible to complete any task on this platform without having to re-login a few times.    I understand the security implications, but others have found way smarter ways to deal with this compared to PayPal. Maybe the limit can be increased for certain computers? Maybe professional users with known track-record can up the limit? Maybe you could pop-up a window telling about logout in xx seconds? Maybe you can select a timeframe right at login, which is only valid for this single session?   The user interface in general is (very often) unbearably slow (no...it's not our iNet in general 😉 ) and having to re-login to it all the time makes the user experience just even more annoying. Our local bank here in little Austria offers a user interface light-years ahead of what big PayPal was able to achieve as a tech-giant in 20 years. Withdrawing Money in multiple Currencies

We are selling to our customers based on their location in EUR or USD. So we're receiving funds in both currencies and within PayPal those are held seperate, which is fine. The issue starts, when withdrawing USD as PayPal is forcing us to convert to EUR, despite the bank account we are sending to is in USD. (there are 2 bank account added to PayPal. One is EUR account, other is USD. Both reside at our local bank here in Europe.)   Is there any way we can change the withdrawal currency to USD temporarily, or setup bank accounts to be recognized as being USD in the first place?   Actually this looks like an intentional block so PayPal can add their quite high conversion fee......     ...
