Hi @onyarin1,    I’m sorry to hear that the bank account is not able to be added to PayPal.  You have mentioned that the bank account is disabled. Each time a bank account is added to PayPal, two small deposits (both under $1.00 each) sent to the bank account in order to verify the account. The bank account will be disabled automatically if the bank rejects the random deposits. In this situation, you will need to contact the bank to inquire of the random deposits and correct bank information. Hi @brittanys,    I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating situation when linking a card to PayPal. Thanks for asking on the PayPal Community Help Forum. I'm happy to help!    PayPal places a $1.00 USD authorization on a card each time it is attempted to be added to PayPal. If the $1.00 USD authorization is declined by the card issuing bank, a generic error message is provided and the card is not able to be added. You will need to contact the card issuing bank to ask why the card is being declined. If you would like immediate assistance, please contact PayPal customer service by phone. It sounds like your PayPal account may be new to selling or there has been a lapse in time for receiving payments. I do apologize as positive feedback is no longer a criteria to release a payment early. The transaction may be marked as shipped or processed to have the payment released in 7 days. A tracking number may be entered to have the payment released 72 hours after the tracking number has updated to a delivered status. There is still an option to receive refunds for these transactions. Hi @MrAstrox.    I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating situation when adding a card to PayPal. PayPal initiates a $1.00 USD authorization on a card each time it is attempted to be added to an account. Once the card has been added, a random charge in the amount of $1.95 USD may be processed to complete confirmation. If the card issuing bank declines either the authorization or random charge, PayPal cannot add the card successfully. HI @PanicanHowAsker,    Thanks for posting your questions in the PayPal Community Help Forum. 🙂 I'm happy to help provide some answers.    PayPal no longer offers a Premier account. Only users who have previously upgraded to a Premier account can maintain their account status. There is currently no difference between a Premier account and a Personal account. All PayPal accounts have the same fee structure regardless of the account type and are eligible to apply for a PayPal Business Debit MasterCard. You may use the link https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/debit-card to apply for a PayPal Business Debit MasterCard.    A PayPal account can have multiple email addresses. Please log into PayPal and click on the gear at the top right corner to access the PayPal profile. The new email address must be added and confirmed before an old one can be removed. The PayPal account can also be upgraded to a Business account through the Upgrade button on the PayPal profile page.    I hope this helps to answer your questions. Hi @KenMau,    This is a wonderful question to post in the PayPal Community Help Forum as it is common. I hope I can help to clarify and answer your questions. 🙂    PayPal allows the option to have a balance in multiple currencies on any PayPal account. You can receive payments and send payments from any currency in your PayPal account. As long as the payment you are sending has the full available balance in the same currency, the transaction can be completed without a currency conversion.    The confusing part is when you add a bank account or card to the PayPal account. The bank account and/or card is added in a specific currency. For example, a bank account added with a US account and routing number will be listed in the USD currency. If you withdraw a CAD balance to the USD bank account, a currency conversion will occur. If you withdraw a USD currency, no conversion will take place. You may add a bank transit and institution number to have the bank account listed in the CAD currency to prevent a withdraw from the CAD balance from being converted.    PayPal provides an opportunity to exchange currency within the PayPal balances.
