In this situation, you will need to close the current account and open one in the country in which you currently reside. Hi @Andrew_381!   Welcome to the community! 🙂   I'm sorry to hear about this frustrating situation. Payments can be sent to an email address or phone number through PayPal. In order for the transactions to be received, the email address and/or phone number must be confirmed. Transactions will remain in an unclaimed status for up to 30 days if the email address or phone number is not confirmed. Unclaimed payments can be canceled by the sender and re-sent through a different method such as email address.   In this situation, it sounds like the best option would be to have the sender cancel the payment. Hi @astitchdiff!   Welcome to the community! 🙂 Thanks for posting. That's a great question.   At this time, there is not a way to separate transactions by the payment method in PayPal Activity. However, there is an option to download PayPal history to an excel document. This will allow transactions to be filtered by the funding source. I have listed instructions below to assist with downloading PayPal history.   Here’s how to see your transaction history: Log in to your PayPal account. Click Activity near the top of the page. You can download your transaction history into a spreadsheet application. Click the Statements link located below the Log out button, and select "Account statements (PDF)" or "Activity export." Here's how you can filter an Excel Spreadsheet: Click the row with all of the subjects ("Date", "Time", "Name", etc.). Click the number to highlight entire row. Click Data at the top of Excel window. Click Filter, under "Data". There is an arrow on each row. If you click it there is a drop down with checked boxes. (If you uncheck boxes it will allow you to filter out what you do not need.) Click the box directly below the last fee/ tax/ shipping amount to get the total amount of fees. Go to the top of the spreadsheet and hold the Shift button and then click the first amount in the column. Click Formulas at the top of the Excel window. Click AutoSum. All of the columns will be added together and show the total amount in the box under the last fee amount. Note: When downloading a large History Log, you may experience a delay. We will email you when your file is ready to be downloaded. When it is ready you can view the file by clicking Recently Downloaded Logs on the "Download History" page. We save the last 3 most recently completed, large History Log files. Small logs are downloaded immediately and are not saved. You can download Comma Delimited files as Excel Spreadsheets and Tab Delimited files as .txt documents.   I hope this helps save some time! 🙂   Have a great day! -Krystin ... View more

Hi Garejn,   Welcome to the community! 🙂   The great news is that the package will be delivered to the correct address and the package will be received. There are several different reasons a business name can appear on an address. If the PayPal account was set up as a business when the address was added, the address will maintain the business name until it is removed and re-added. There is an option to add an address during any check-out process. Each time an address is added in the check-out process it is saved in the system and will appear as an option going forward. These addresses are commonly known as gift addresses and can be removed only by PayPal customer support teams. We are excited to have you join our forums. 🙂   Every card issuer is different, so Amazon may not know the specific time frame for the refund to post back to the card. In most cases, a refund will post back to the PayPal Debit MasterCard within a few business days. The time frame can depend on when the refund was initiated by the merchant and our processor's time frames to complete the refund. Sometimes refunds processed to the PayPal Debit MasterCard will not post to the original transaction, but will display as a separate transaction received.   If the refund is still not showing in your PayPal account, please contact PayPal support.   Phone or Email Facebook (Click the Message button) Twitter   I hope this information is helpful! 🙂   Krystin ... Typically, the type of card is determined when the card is originally added to PayPal through the verification method.
