I been with Paypal since 2001.. PayPal was the last company that had my back so to speak. I told everyone, many of my 8,000+ customers I have had about PayPal is safe. Well lets go to 2020. I have many hours into my word I can back with facts. PayPal makes it so hard to ever find any answers. Takes forever to even find a number to call PayPal. Now days they control the 1st many google pages that takes you to this page, that page, then a broken link.. You message them, it will be 4 or 5 sentences long, but only saying thank you for using PayPal, were sorry you are frustrated. BUT NEVER a answer..You;ll get 7 different virtual robots, 3,4 different humans, you'll be writing a question, bamm you get signed out. You call and if you get thru, the ask if you want to text back in forth as they are busy. So texting is quicker than talking, or do they they text 5-7 people at the same time? I'm sure you get all the answers you'll need with 5 different peoples problems they are having. My final, you can't even find any answers. There is no solid base to go on. You can get charged the fees on a $5,000 transaction, and ship threw USPS PayPal , PayPal has it that you can only insure it for $200. You call PayPal, and it states on the PP site, for additional Insurance you can purchase more at your Post Office. Go to the Post Office, they say go back to PayPal, You call back up, PayPal goes, it's in your user agreement. Same with the PayPal Business Debit card. They lead you to believe you get cash back. You know Cash Back money is tax free, but I can't find a easy print sheet with every cash back, and every Merchant that ran it as a pin less, and PayPal gives you the run around like it's there. Thier goal is to get you so fed up, that you eat it. I paid over 500k to PayPal in buying and selling fees in my time.. I say PayPal works for me, but they have so many different programs all look so grand, No it's joke. The credit cards they have are PayPal cards, BUT another company issues it. Bang, pass it back in forth. Ebay and PayPal are 2 separate company's.., Could of fooled me.. I miss the honest fair and not the bouncing all over days of PayPal, So the merchant that process a pin less transaction gets the cash back, and you do not. PayPal says they have no control over this. Yes they do, they allow it. I never got a pin ever from the card PayPal gave me without asking me, making it out like they just rewarded me.., NO my old Debit card worked as I wanted it for. I will never get the amount of cash back in 500 life times. And all the good dealings business and personal with PayPal, None goes towards your credit score, as PayPal does not report it.
