I received a payment over PayPal earlier, but it's been put under a 24 Hour security hold and told me not to send the items out at the moment. What is going on and will it actually be 24 hours?

Hello, so I sold some Pokemon cards earlier for £350 and was going to gry them sent out today with tracking. Now it says on my PayPal that it is on temporary hold, any ideas when this temporary hold will be lifted? Apparently its 24 hours? Is there anyway to life it sooner or not? And will the funds also be available in 24 hours? Many Thanks Aidan

Basically I opened up a dispute with someone about some wing mirrors that came through the post, I was going to send him the items back but he sent me a message on corsasport saying do not send them? Is there anyway to get the refund back and keep the item since he doesnt want the item back? Thanks

hello, I just recently sold my Ipod on ebay and recieved the payment through paypal immediatly. Is there anyway in which the money will be released earlier into my Paypal account then the 21 days? I am sending it recorded delivery, so after they have signed for it will it be released into my paypal account? Thanks for the help.
