Basically I opened up a dispute with someone about some wing mirrors that came through the post, I was going to send him the items back but he sent me a message on corsasport saying do not send them?
Is there anyway to get the refund back and keep the item since he doesnt want the item back?

You may be asked to send the item back at your expense unless its a business seller where certain selling rules apply
If the seller doesnt want the item back you can can state this in the case, and so can the seller
Escalate the case when you can
