I inadvertently made shipstation inactive and can't figure out how to switch it back to active under automatic payments. How can I make shipstation active under automatic payments?

I was looking through my monthly paypal statement and found a page that shows "open paypal authorizations" with a figure of -$275.24. I looked further in the detailed listing and it shows various "account hold for open authorization". It appears to have something to do with express checkout. What are these transactions?

Just when I think I have my business all settled down, things change big time. I used to use ebay shipping until they eliminated UPS. I used to sell on ebay until they stopped accepting paypal to receive my payments. they want buyers to use their system. No thanks. so now another road block I have to circumvent. What will you do once paypal stops using UPS?

I have a UPS account but they provide no way to link paypal payments to the UPS website. My son suggested shipeasy. He used it for his music store for years until they got their own system. I just hope there isn't a huge wasted amount of time learning to use it. Haven't done it yet. I shipped a bunch of boxes this week with paypal/UPS so I hope they all got paid and don't have a problem at the other end.

I just went to print out a label on PayPal shipping using UPS. Got a message that because they are transitioning to a different company/software to handle the shipping page, they will no longer be offering UPS as an option. First eBay and now PayPal. I run my whole internet business through PayPal, shipping via UPS. Using a different shipper or money handler is not an option. screen shot: What options are there to smoothly transition from PayPal to automatically filling out UPS forms other than PayPal shipping?

When I generate a paypal invoice from the paypal website, I always put a note in the bottom section to tell the recipient what the invoice is for. For some reason, tonight 5/6 it won't receive any text. I thought my keyboard had gone bad. anyone else having this problem?

This started happening about 4 weeks ago. I send a customer an invoice. they pay it. I get an email from paypal that says they paid. there is a link at the bottom that says "accept the money". this used to take me to the transaction so I can generate a shipping label. All it does now is open an new browser window search page. So I have to go to my paypal page and search through the transactions to find the one I need. Is anyone else having this problem? I use firefox. It is just a real pain and waste of time... When I copy and paste the link, it is not a complete link; it's like when it came in, parts of it got left off.

Second time today. This happened this morning after successfully printing one label, it wouldn't print the second and get the error code. Tonight, the same thing. I print one label, the it won't let me print the second, with this error code, ERRORCODE-50023. It only happens with USPS, not UPS I have $400 in my account. I deleted and reinstalled my credit card. I cleared the cache. With all the problems people are having with this error code, you'd think it would get fixed. This is my business payment system, and I can't afford the time it takes to do a work around for this. Please fix this problem!

my main original question was how to start a cash account with no funds pending, because I had ignorantly transferred my complete account balance to my checking account. If a person who has an existing paypal account wanted to start a cash account with no money in it, how would they do start a cash account? "Funds pending" used to mean that the person who sent the money was not verified and I had to ok the acceptance of their money BEFORE it actually transferred to my account. Had to do it many times. So, yes, I finally figured it out on my own. Too bad there is nothing from the paypal website to answer my particular question.
