Customer service ignores the loss of money from my...

Please, help! Since March 1, I have lost money from my account. I tried to withdraw them to the card, but there was an error. the money simply disappeared from my account. All this time I correspond with Customer service and each manager says different information. In the beginning they said that they saw my problem, but now that there is no problem. I have all screenshots of correspondence with each manager to confirm my words. I have a screenshot of the error too. But if they check my account they can see that the amount that I tried to withdraw on March 1 is absent! The transaction history has only replenishment, and there are no whithdrawal for a long time. And there it is clearly visible that the amount should be more! Why don't people from Customer service help me ?? How can I get help if even Customer service is not able to solve my problem ?? Card changed currency

The technical support manager said that my card SUDDENLY changed the currency. How is this possible? I used this card for more than six months. Technical support operators called me and together we confirmed my card. I withdrawal money to this card on February 6 and everything was fine. And now they tell me that the card has changed currency. I called my bank and there they told me that the card is still in USD and it CANNOT change the currency. How is this possible?? ... View more

Thanks for the answer! @ShinChanity  I already wrote in technical support. Each technical support manager writes me different information. One of them see that I have a problem and send my request somewhere, and in the next letter they say that there is no problem and I have not had any transactions since March 1. I understand you! Since March 1, PayPal has lost my money from my account - after an error, my funds just disappeared! There are none in transaction history. They are nowhere to be found! And now some of those support people say that I had no problems on March 1! Others say they sent my issue to the legendary "our Back Office Team". But the result is one - no one is looking for my money, no one is dealing with my problem! And how many more victims like you and me! ... View more

Since March 1 PayPal has lost my money! There was an error "There's a problem. Right now, we're not able to transfer the funds to your bank." And my money disappeared from the account! They are nowhere to be found, neither in the bank, nor in the PayPal account. Technical support does not help me! I provide all the screenshots, and each of them does not help me.
