Lost Money!

Since March 1 PayPal has lost my money! There was an error "There's a problem. Right now, we're not able to transfer the funds to your bank." And my money disappeared from the account! They are nowhere to be found, neither in the bank, nor in the PayPal account.
Technical support does not help me! I provide all the screenshots, and each of them does not help me. Either they made a team to solve the problem, then they sent my problem to the appropriate department, then there were no conclusions at all.
PayPal has lost my money and does not want to admit it! What should I do???11.JPG

I already wrote in technical support. Each technical support manager writes me different information.
One of them see that I have a problem and send my request somewhere, and in the next letter they say that there is no problem and I have not had any transactions since March 1. Although I provide all the screenshots, with an error and missing money.
For over a month now nobody has really helped me! Telephone lines are closed. I don’t already know where to turn for help.
