Card changed currency

The technical support manager said that my card SUDDENLY changed the currency. How is this possible? I used this card for more than six months. Technical support operators called me and together we confirmed my card. I withdrawal money to this card on February 6 and everything was fine.
And now they tell me that the card has changed currency. I called my bank and there they told me that the card is still in USD and it CANNOT change the currency.
How is this possible??
