4 digits code

Didn't get my 4 digits code, than I reach number of times to confirm my credit card, all the help sections are pretty much useless What to do?

It would greatly be appreciated if you could advise the country your account is registered so that you can get more specific responses. 

For countries that use 4 digit codes, it may take up to 2 to 3 banking days
