As long as you still have the card details to identify yourself as the account holder, there should be a possibility for you to access the account by following these steps:
Go to www.paypal.co.uk
Click ‘Problem with login?’ under the ‘Log In’ button.
Select ‘I’ve forgotten my password and email address.’
Enter up to 3 email addresses you may have used with your PayPal account.
Enter the security code shown, without spaces, and click ‘Continue.’ If none of the email addresses match, you can enter 3 additional email addresses or follow these steps:
Click ‘different method’ near the top of the page.
Enter your account information.
Enter the security code shown, without spaces, and click ‘Submit.’
If successful, your email address appears in the ‘Account login’ section of the page.
After you have the email address used for your PayPal account, here’s how you can finish the password recovery process:
Click ‘Problem with login?’ under under the ‘Log In’ button.
Choose ‘I’ve forgotten my password.’
Enter the email address you used to create your PayPal account.
Confirm account ownership by selecting and entering the information you want to verify and click ‘Continue.’
Create a new password and security questions to log in to your account.
