It looks like you have opened too many accounts. PayPal generally encourage users to have only 2 accounts maximum (Personal and Premier), as having more tends to make things very complicated.
I would suggest that you focus on gaining access to your account with the bank. If you have forgotten the password, you will be able to retrieve it by ID’ing yourself with the finances on the account.
Go to www.paypal.co.uk
Click ‘Problem with login?’ under the ‘Log In' button.
Select ‘I’ve forgotten my password.’
Enter the email address you used to create your PayPal account.
Enter the security code shown, without spaces.
Click ‘Continue.’
Depending on the information on your account, we will either ask you to enter in some details, such as your card number, to confirm your account. Alternatively, we may send an email to your email address. If we send you an email, simply click on the link in the email and create a new password.
If you don't have access to your email account, you can try to confirm your account ownership by phone.
Click on the 'by phone' link on the 'We just emailed you' page.
Select a telephone number from your account.
Select 'Phone me now' or ‘Phone me in about a minute’ if you are ready to receive a telephone call. Enter an email address where you can receive further instructions from us. Click 'Continue
