Trying to change bak account details

We have a new bank account and need to change the details on PayPal. The last transfer of money has gone through the old account, but we are still not being allowed to change the details. The message states that we still have transactions pending and need to wait 5-7 days even though, as I say, all deposits have now been made into the existing account.
I HAVE NOW REALISED THAT IT WAS MY STUPIDITY AND HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER MYSELF!!!

Good to hear the issue is resolved; a new bank account may have new details. So you could just add it as a new bank rather than edit the old details.
