Hello there, I heard that Paypal lets you pay with a generated credit card number and details, so you don't have to actually use your real card details for fishy websites, but like, I also heard that you can use 2 cards to pay for something in paypal, so is it possible to use 2 cards while being hidden by paypal key ?

It is not possible to split a payment between two cards on your PayPal account. If you have funds on your PayPal balance, this can be used alongside your bank account or card if the amount of the payment is higher than your balance.
